System Modeling

During my work on ICD and Network Design Support, I played a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and testing of new protocols to support a cutting-edge airplane program. I also revised existing protocols to ensure seamless integration and enhanced functionality. I updated and authored requirements documentation to accurately reflect existing protocols and incorporated them into the network design tool. Collaborating closely with customers and IT teams, I gathered and analyzed requirements for new functionalities, leading to significant improvements in data models and system test plans. I validated that all requirements and functionalities aligned with customer expectations and industry standards, ensuring a robust and reliable design. Additionally, I developed user guides and training modules, incorporating customer feedback to enhance usability. By providing cross-team technical solutions, I addressed program needs and improved overall functionality. My leadership extended to the system testing process, where I created and documented comprehensive test cases for logical architecture tool releases, delivering a reliable and user-centric solution
